Customer Service

At Robert's customer service is paramount. We welcome inquiries about the manufacturers that we offer. We only sell new merchandize and do not purchase or sell any used goods. If you do have a question please feel free to email customerservice@robertschina.com or call the 800 number.

Questions about your online purchase
You can be assisted with any questions about your online purchase by emailing us at customerservice@robertschina.com or by calling our 800 number. Please indicate that you have made an online purchase, have your order number and product information available.

Important Information about Registry Purchases Online
Once you have completed your purchase from the registry, we will process your order. Robert's will typically have the gift in stock, if not the couple will receive a gift card. Robert's will then notify the couple of your purchase. If the couple does receive a gift card they can the exchange it for the item that was selected or store credit. If you are concerned about the couple receiving a gift card then you will need to contact the store during normal business hours and anyone of the sales associates can assist you with your selection.

Shipping Policy
We ship most of our packages UPS Ground. Orders will typically ship out in 7 to 10 business days. Do to the vast selection at Robert's from around the world, some pieces may not be in-stock and not ship immediately. Robert's will contact you in the event of any delay.

All shipping charges are calculated during the checkout process. Additional charges will apply to shipments out the continental United States. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska will also have additional charges applied.

Robert's does ship to Great Britain and the some European Union countries as well as Australia. Robert's is not responsible for any additional taxes added buy our customer's country of residence, including the VAT and Canadian custom taxes. We are also not responsible for any additional delivery charges once the package arrives in the country of delivery. We do not ship to Mexico, Latin or South America, Africa and most Asian countries. If there is any additional charge you will be notified prior to shipment.

Stock Messages
Stock Item - In stock and should ship once purchased in 7 - 10 days.
Limited Availability - This item has reached below our normal stock levels. It could possibly take additional time to ship your order. A follow up email will inform you of this extend time once you place your order.
Factory Order Special Item - This indicates that this particular item is not in constant production by the manufacturer. By listing it on our on line store we will be happy to acquire this item for you, but it will take time. Possibly several months for the order to be completed. A follow up email will inform you of this extend time once you place your order.

Return Policy
Robert's wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied you may return your selection within 10 days of receipt/delivery confirmation from UPS. All shipping charges are nonrefundable and you are responsible for shipping your purchase back to Robert's in a safe and non damaged manner.

If your purchase was received damaged or broken:
  1. Do not through away the carton in which your selection arrived. If you through away the carton a 10% fee will be charged to you if Robert's need to replace the item. Robert's can offer replacements for items damaged in transit ONLY through compliance with procedures set by the applicable carrier, UPS. Please retain the package in its entirety, including all packing materials along with all broken pieces of the damaged item (glass, etc) as the carrier usually requires its inspection.
  2. Call 800-269-7164 to report the damage during normal business hours. Have your ordering information ready. Your claim will be processed and Robert's will expedite getting your situation resolved.

Privacy Statement
Our customer's privacy is very important to us. Your E-mail address, mailing address, phone numbers, etc. are NEVER given or sold to any third parties. During a purchase your email address may be captured. If you prefer not to receive emails from Robert's concerning upcoming offers, promotions, and events, please let us know.
